extras PR #17 dest-landed (resident W4A16 MoE + Mamba #55450 retire). Stay extras. ATen HIP, no dump, no torch.ops.hippihx. VLLM_RDNA_MOE_RESIDENT* default off. VLLM_RDNA_AR still 0. Dest pin: VLLM_USE_RDNA2_FA=1 now selects RDNA_ATTN via AttentionConfig in check_and_update_config. Stay extras. Python platform only. Still no torch.ops.hippihx. VLLM_RDNA_AR still 0.
