docs: document /v1/decisions and /v1/systemone with supported providers

Rewrites the decisions page for the two routes added in BerriAI/litellm#45184 and BerriAI/litellm#45214. /v1/decisions now takes the OpenAI Decisions format and /v1/systemone takes the System One format, and both work with every provider: OpenAI, TypeSafe, Perplexity, OpenRouter, Cloudflare Workers AI and Strands Decider

The page covers what each route is for, a providers table with credentials, upstream paths and image support, a proxy config with an OpenAI model (luna) and a TypeSafe model (jev), one curl per route, an image request on luna, the 400 that System One providers return for images, SDK usage for litellm.decisions and litellm.adecisions, and the limits that matter when sending System One bodies to OpenAI. It also says the routes are not in a published release yet and are coming to v1.104.2 and the next v1.105.0 release candidate

The Strands Decider row names the model the cost map ships, strands_decider/strands-decider-2B-hobson-v19. The top-level docs banner and the links out to each provider's own Decisions docs are a follow-up for after the page is up, so this PR carries neither

The TypeSafe pass-through page now points to /v1/systemone for the same body through model_list, and the sidebar entry under Supported Endpoints is unchanged

Every response on the page was captured from a live proxy at BerriAI/litellm@1348de864f calling real OpenAI gpt-6-luna and TypeSafe jev-latest, and the SDK snippets were run against the same APIs

Caveats

• Low: the release admonition names v1.104.2 and the next v1.105.0 release candidate from the backports feat(decisions): backport /v1/systemone, OpenAI-format /v1/decisions and the openai Decisions provider to rc/1.105.0 (#44236, #45184, #45214) litellm#45189 and feat(decisions): backport /v1/systemone, OpenAI-format /v1/decisions and the OpenAI Decisions provider to stable/1.104.x for v1.104.2 (#44236, #45184, #45214) litellm#45190, both merged on 2026-10-08 (rc/1.105.0 at 05:06Z, stable/1.104.x at 05:28Z) right after this PR; the admonition only misstates a release if one is cut without them
