Pull Request Overview
Purpose: Synchronize eng/common script logic with updates from azure-sdk-tools PR 12515 to keep shared tooling consistent.
- Reorders error vs warning pattern checks in ProcessMsBuildLogLine.
- Maintains existing DevOps logging behavior for MSBuild output formatting.
