Databricks: updating readme.md

The read me was pointing to "2018-03-01-preview" which doesn't exist. Updating the tag to their current folder.

Hey @anuchandy, I have got no response from the databricks team. I believe that a change in the readme file should be ok.

Had email conversation with @mozehgir, readme is containing an api version entry which does not exists. This PR correct entry to point to the correct api version.
