This PR marks the final completion of #22174
This PR requires
servicefabriccommand module to Microsoft Graph #28105labcommand module to Microsoft Graph #29889The removal of
azure-graphrbacSDK breaks some extensions:hybridaksaks-previewk8s-runtimeand causes error
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'azure.graphrbac'.hybridaksis going to be deprecated, so it is ignored in the test.
