Fix the incorrect package name on openSUSE Leap/TW to pass native dependencies checking.

Just out of curiosity, is the name libopenssl-devel is universal across all SUSE Linux distribution and version?

Yes, it exists in open source projects (openSUSE Leap and Tumbleweed), also enterprise versions like SLES 15 even previous versions.
