Include recent failures

I suspect these PRs caused issues:
feat: Encode static error strings in the ABI (#9552) - CI / e2e (e2e_crowdfunding_and_claim) CI / e2e (e2e_fees_failures) (push) CI / e2e (e2e_fees_private_refunds) (push)
feat: adding tags to encrypted logs (#9566) CI / e2e (e2e_pending_note_hashes_contract)

and reenable them in CI i.e. reverting to this e2e_test_config.yml
