This PR adds styles to the bylines and categories for the Homepage Posts block and Post Carousel (to follow the mockups), and adjusts a bit of the spacing in the Homepage Post block.
Ultimately, I think we'll need to rewrite the typescale sizes for this block for the FSE theme, but we can tackle that down the road.
