This PR adds the initial search template layout, including some 'no results' content.
I used these mockups; some elements (like the search number count or sorting) aren't available options yet.
The spacing on the 'no results' "Latest Posts" is also not something that can be controlled from the query block -- you can do it by adding a columns block with four individual query blocks and the second, third and fourth appropriately offset... but this seemed like a lot for this one section 😅 I can revisit, though!
