Records the 2026-07-22 design conversation (jsboige + ai-01) on how the AIF/Walton mechanistic lens relates to the authored taxonomy structure. Committed so the reasoning survives context/dashboard condensation. - Two axes of arbitrariness: groupings (revisable) vs base material (irreducible) - AIF attack-type = lens orthogonal to the authored axis; "misgrouped under AIF" != "misplaced in the taxonomy" - Two-layer audit instrument: (a) attack-type heterogeneity [tree tension] vs (b) fail-loud rate [material resistance] — decision rule bills jsboige only for what is genuinely his - Governance: findings are FLAGS not auto-reorganisations, gated on jsboige ratification, preserve rich taxonomy nuance Read-only, 0 prod CSV.
