Extracts ONLY docs/RELEASE-ENTRY-POINT-v0.9.0.md (201 lines) from #824, dropping the 3339-file DNNPlatform runtime payload (uninspectable per ai-01 dispatch msg-...orqn84). The companion runbook is delivered separately via #835 (no overlap). Re-scope: doc in focal PR <20 files, reviewable + secret-scannable.
