What is this fixing or adding?
Apparently we've been using the wrong thing to lookup location names in Z1Client and didn't realize it until #2438 removed what we had been using before.
How was this tested?
Booted up a test seed and made sure locations sent properly
If this makes graphical changes, please attach screenshots.
