Updates

• Merged in new rendering and seed placement capabilities for streamlines and particle advection
• Presented an Ascent + Conduit update talk at DOE CGF 2024 in Savannah, GA
• James Kress (KAUST) is going to present the same update talk at WOIV 24 later this month
• Nicole started working on Material Interface Reconstruction in Ascent for CEA/NNSA due Q2Y24
  • Wording: "Implement material interface reconstruction in VTK-m for Ascent"
• User from National Center for High Technology was having issues building Ascent + VTK-m + Kokkos + CUDA
  • Running into a very annoying nvlink error
    • My issue on kokkos: https://github.com/kokkos/kokkos/issues/6920
    • Similar issue that did not help: https://github.com/kokkos/kokkos/issues/1100
• Cyrus worked on RAJA data binning
• Cyrus added spatial options for thresholding and cylindrical clip
• Cyrus completing CI spack changes
• We plan to release Ascent 0.9.3 in May!
