fix: C3 re-bucket, 4 FleetReview instances (#987, #1054, #1254 x2) (t_e038f946)

• feat(kanban): post-#951 — worker cards inherit parent home; list home-first + --all; pings carry home; task_events actor provenance #987 gateway/kanban_watchers.py _resolve_home_line: SessionDB(read_only=True) for a pure lookup (writable init + 20 s write patience per subscription per tick, after the cursor advanced).
• fix(state): one active tool result per tool_call_id across in-place compaction #1054 archive_and_compact duplicate-result invariant: set difference missed a third copy of an id already duplicated; now compares per-id counts.
• feat(agent): agent.process_env_files puts process-spawned gh/git on the profile lane (t_45c11886) #1254 process_env_files :68 per-file source status honoured (contract: non-zero = env untouched; live gh-lane-env.sh sources with status 0); :52 accepted relative paths made absolute.

Tests: 4 new, all fail on base and pass on head; the three touched test files 15/15.
