🛠 Summary of changes
NOTE: Merge for same deploy as #9214
Update Re-enter Password step banner for verify by mail flow. Remove existing info banner (to be replaced by H1 change in #9214). Add new banner under password entry field warning user to remember password.
Incidentally clean up unused method in AddressPresenter, noted while looking for examples. Confirmed that hints on remote flow Address page still work as expected based on selected State.
