I had a quick comment about the implications for the shared code with IdV. I don't really know the full story here so you may already be on top of it.

🛠 Summary of changes
This adds UUID as the local_attrib_3 key. It was added to the verification request. It looks like it already existed on the applicant for IDV so added it for account creation
