This PR bumps the CairoVM version.
In the process, I got rid of the
stone-prover-sdkdependency: it seemed like a lot of the functionality of thestone-prover-sdkhas been implemented in upstreamcairo-vmby Lambdaclass and we were only using very few parts from thestone-prover-sdk. So I opted to not undertake the effort required to updatestone-prover-sdkto the latestcairo-vmversion.I had to port the FRI skip layer calculation into the
stone-clihowever I have not investigated if this is actually needed.I also updated all dependencies.
There is a single failing test.
