WIP and open to any edits/pointers from the team.
I also created https://github.com/ziglang/zig/wiki/Updating-libc-(freebsd)-%5BWIP%5D to document the update process.
edit: this uses the freebsd data from release 12.2, since I forgot to put that in the commits
