底部导航栏：方便实现点击 Tab 时切换 Fragment ，自定义 Tab 图标、标题，支持设置角标等功能。
- NavigationBar: 父布局，用于放置 Tab ，用法类似 RadioGroup ；
- NormalItem: 普通的 Tab 样式，支持设置图标、标题和角标，用法类似 RadioButton ；
- NavigationManager: 将 Tab 和 Fragment 绑定，选中 Tab 时自动切换至对应的 Fragment 。
