Described in Silicon Errata DS80000693B Module 2, LED1 behavior is incorrect when configured in individual LED mode. LED1 stays ON when there is no link. Workaround is to set bit 9 in register 0x1e if individual mode is used. Signed-off-by: Abram Early <abram.early@gmail.com>
