for debug assertions. Now also considers fixed-size panes correctly.
to make it more readable and remove some implicitly handled "special" cases.
like any other pane type and only check whether they are fixed-size panes, too.

The last release introduced some changes to the resize code. Part of these changes broke the behavior for resizing in combination with plugin panes. This hotfix repairs the resize and makes it work correctly with (flexibly-sized) plugin panes.
