The bot was way too permissive with what it surfaces in the “recently closed, possibly related” section. This commit changes the prompt to add some anti-examples as well as a more strict framing for the number of expected results. This commit also trims the output in the “recently closed, possibly related” section by dropping the extraneous description of the issue's status (which is already clear from the emoji GitHub puts in front of the issue's title).
