Our first-party crates (agent_settings, editor, language_models, migrator, toolchain_selector) were on convert_case 0.8, while 0.11 was already in the tree from another dependency. This points them at the existing 0.11 copy, leaving only 0.11 linked into the binary.

Bumps the workspace `convert_case` dependency from 0.8 to 0.11 (already in the tree) so the `zed` binary includes only one copy.
