Adopts the convention used in thread_view::handle_title_editor_event and agent_panel::handle_terminal_title_editor_event: programmatic set_text is performed while the editor is unfocused, so a focus check in the input event handler filters synthesized BufferEdited events out of the user-edit path. This removes the one-shot suppress_next_url_input_event flag, which assumed set_text fires exactly one BufferEdited event and could either stay armed forever (eating a real user edit) or let extra events slip through. open_url_import's deferred closure now runs set_text first, then moves focus, so the focus-check guard catches the programmatic write. start_url_import also clears url_import_debounce_task so an explicit start always supersedes a pending timer.
