Cannot drag and drop files to parent directories of joined nested folders #22922

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

Whenever there is a single nested folder, it's being joined to a single UI entry like this [dir/nested]. Drag-and-dropping files to this entry, regardless of hovering "dir" or "nested", always moves files to the nested directory.

The workaround is to use mv from terminal
