…buntu-latest is now Ubuntu 26.04, which has ML-KEM) (#443) ubuntu-latest moved from Ubuntu 24.04 (OpenSSL 3.0) to 26.04, whose OpenSSL has ML-KEM, so the transport interop tests now generate the mlkem768x25519-sha256 handshake there. The servers too old to offer it (OpenSSH on Alpine 3.6, 3.13 and 3.19, Dropbear on Alpine 3.13, AsyncSSH, Apache MINA SSHD and Erlang/OTP ssh) skip it as not offered, which failed every container interop job (first seen on #442). A job that still lands on 24.04 does not generate the case, and a listed test missing from the run is only a notice.
