This PR fixes
waybar's crash due to a connection failure to the Hyprland socket. It was caused by a recent change to Hyprland that changed the socket location to be under$XDG_RUNTIME_DIRinstead of/tmp.Refs: Alexays/Waybar#3183, hyprwm/Hyprland#5788
