I'm in a server where everyone can see each other's models perfectly fine. But I see everyone as my model. I followed all installment steps correctly.

ok so you have the mod installed and all files. then you followed steps to rename your vrm to your character name. then you were given the vrms and configs from all the others that play and named them as their characters name
