Provide tooling to obtain logs from a task instance

Currently. we can obtain event logs, but not task instance logs.
To enable this, we would need to be able to communicate with this endpoint: /api/v1/dags/{dag_id}/dagRuns/{dag_run_id}/taskInstances/{task_id}/logs/{task_try_number}
