Added Turkish (Türkçe) support to repomix.com's documentation website.

Based on an analysis of Google Analytics data, Turkish was determined to be the optimal language to add next:

  • GA data shows Turkish users have a high engagement rate (61.2%)
  • Cursor includes Turkish among its 12 supported documentation languages (industry benchmark)
  • Turkish developers have an intermediate level of English proficiency, indicating a high potential for localization effectiveness

Changes

  • Added website/client/.vitepress/config/configTr.ts with nav, sidebar, and search UI translations
  • Updated config.ts to register tr locale (Türkçe)
  • Updated configShard.ts to include Turkish search translations
  • Added 25 translated Markdown files under website/client/src/tr/

Checklist

  • Run npm run test
  • Run npm run lint

Add Turkish localization to the repomix.com documentation website.
Translated all 25 pages from English, including the VitePress config
(nav, sidebar, search UI) and full guide content.

Turkish was identified as the next best language to add based on:
- Google Analytics data showing Turkish users with high engagement rate (61%)
- Cursor docs supporting Turkish among its 12 languages
- Medium English proficiency among Turkish developers (higher localization ROI)

Code Review

53-56: Optional: Consider adding language identifier to fenced code block.

The fenced code block contains a natural language prompt example. While adding a language identifier isn't strictly necessary for non-code content, you could consider using text or markdown for consistency.

prompt strings (e.g., "Bu kod tabanında sunucuda bir bellek sızıntısı sorunu
var..." and the other prompt examples shown at lines 62, 69, 76, 83, 90, 97,
104, 113, 120, 127, 136, 143, 150) and change the opening fences from ``` to
```text so they become ```text ... ```; ensure every example block in the file
(all prompt examples) is updated consistently.
In `@website/client/src/tr/index.md`:
- Around line 53-56: The fenced code block that currently contains the Turkish
prompt text ("Bu dosya, depodaki tüm dosyaları tek bir araya getirir. Kodu
yeniden yapılandırmak istiyorum, önce lütfen gözden geçirin.") should include a
language identifier (e.g., text or markdown) on the opening fence; update the
fenced block so it begins with ```text (or ```markdown) to make the block
language-explicit and consistent with other examples in tr/index.md.
- Line 242: Replace the tip string "Daha fazla yardıma mı ihtiyacınız var? 💡"
in tr/index.md with the suggested wording "Daha fazla yardımamı ihtiyacınız var?
💡" (update the literal inside the tip block starting with "::: tip") so the
question particle is written together as requested.
PR Review: feat(website): Add Turkish (Türkçe) language support
Summary
This PR adds comprehensive Turkish localization to the Repomix documentation website. It introduces 25 translated Markdown files, a new VitePress locale config (configTr.ts), and integrates Turkish into the shared config and search system.
Overall Assessment
The PR is well-structured and ready to merge. The translation is comprehensive, the config structure is fully consistent with existing locales, and the integration follows established patterns.
Detailed Findings
✅ Configuration consistency (no issues)
  • configTr.ts has identical sidebar structure to other locales (4 sections, 24 items)
  • Nav structure matches (Guide, Chrome Extension, Discord)
  • Search translations are complete (button + modal translations)
  • Import ordering in config.ts and configShard.ts follows the existing regional grouping pattern
✅ Content completeness (no issues)
  • All 25 guide pages are present and match the English source structure
  • All sidebar links correspond to actual Turkish translation files
  • Internal cross-references between Turkish files use the correct /tr/guide/ prefix
  • The privacy.md correctly uses the @include directive to pull from English source
  • sponsors.md correctly includes the shared sponsors section
ℹ️ English code comments in examples (consistent with other locales)
The code examples in command-line-options.md retain English comments (e.g., # Basic usage, # Custom output file and format). This is consistent with all other locales (Russian, Korean, etc.) which also keep code comments in English. No change needed.
ℹ️ Minor observation: typo in index.md line 55
In website/client/src/tr/index.md line 55:
"Bu, Repomix'i kullanan ve destekleyen herkesiz olmazdı."
This appears to be a minor typo — "herkesiz" looks like it should be "herkes" ("everyone") or "herkesiniz" depending on the intended meaning. The sentence seems to aim for "This wouldn't be possible without everyone who uses and supports Repomix" — a native Turkish speaker should confirm the correct phrasing.
Security & Performance
  • No security concerns — this is a documentation-only change with no code logic modifications
  • No performance impact — VitePress handles locale files at build time
Pre-mortem Analysis
Scenario Risk Mitigation
Broken internal links Low All /tr/guide/ links verified against actual file paths
Missing sidebar entries None Sidebar structure matches English/Russian/Korean locales exactly
Search not working for Turkish Low Search config follows same pattern as other locales
Build failure Low No structural deviations from existing locale patterns
Stale translations Medium (long-term) As English docs evolve, Turkish translations may fall behind — this is expected for all non-English locales
Verdict
Approve — Clean, well-structured translation that follows all existing patterns. The only minor item is the possible typo in index.md noted above.
CodeRabbitAI Inline Comments
1. configuration.md line ~252 - link fragment #ikili-dosya-isleme
Priority: Not needed
The anchor #ikili-dosya-isleme correctly matches the Turkish section heading ## İkili Dosya İşleme at line 280. The fragment is properly translated and resolves correctly. Verified in the source file.
2. index.md lines ~30-33 - missing language identifier on code block
Priority: Not needed
The code block already uses the text language identifier (```text). This was verified in the source file at line 29. No change needed.
3. repomix-explorer-skill.md line ~19 - heading hierarchy (h4 under h2)
Priority: Not needed
The heading at line 19 is ### Uzak depoları analiz etme (h3), not #### (h4). It correctly appears under the h2 ## Ne İşe Yarar. The hierarchy h2 -> h3 is proper. Verified in the source file.
4. usage.md line ~223 - hardcoded /guide/configuration link
Priority: Not needed
The link already correctly uses the Turkish locale prefix: /tr/guide/configuration. Verified in the source file at line 223. No fix needed.
5. usage.md lines ~148-158 - code block missing language tag
Priority: Not needed
The code block already uses the text language identifier (```text). This matches the pattern used in other locales. Verified in the source file at line 147.
Gemini Code Assist Inline Comments
Import order in config.ts:
Priority: Not needed
The imports are already in alphabetical order (De, EnUs, Es, Fr, Hi, Id, It, Ja, Ko, PtBr, Ru, Shard, Tr, Vi, ZhCn, ZhTw). No reordering needed.
VitePress container syntax (:::: -> :::):
Priority: Not needed
No instances of :::: were found in any Turkish documentation files. Either this was already corrected or was a false positive.
