Ability to change portions of the published URLs #393

I love Xteve, but I hate that the URL has to be the same across every single global installation.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would love a way to customize some or all of the published URLs. For example, instead of http://127.0.0.1/m3u/xteve.m3u, it would be great to be able to customize the filename, such as http://127.0.0.1/m3u/mytacostand.m3u . A similar functionality for the .xml would be great as well.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm not aware of a way to run Xteve and publish different urls.
