Updater Fix

This includes the legacy of updater
Please update your program by using connect --update

This fixes the following changes:

• Fixed Duplicates in the Updater
• Easily access the updater by using connect --update
• Comparing version made easily to access.
• Fix Spam Updator (cUrl -s)
• Removes all *.cache files when update was done. (This should be fixed...)
