Notice of Breaking Change

Installing ProSpect 1.1.26 will update the system's PLX driver from 7.1.0 to 7.25. This breaks compatibility with

  • ProSpect v1.1.12 and earlier,
  • xManager 1.3.1 and earlier
  • Handel versions earlier than v1.2.20.

Change Log

  • Allow opening saved mapping file by clicking on statusbar. Lengthened notification display time to 30 seconds.
  • Updated PLX SDK to v7.25, this will break compatibility with older versions of ProSpect (v1.1.12 and earlier) and Handel (v1.2.20 and before).
  • Added control for PXI front panel input on System tab, allow unsetting of the master module by clicking on current master module selection.
  • Fixed an error initializing mapping pixels setting.
  • Changed the "Insert all ROI" in PageSCA to "Sync ROI" to avoid having to delete existing ROIs.
  • Make "Active" column for channels grid clickable to select channels.
  • Removed delay before mapping run start and first polling of mapping buffer, (previously around 300ms due to UI updates).
  • Fixed mapping buffer file name generation, use 24hr time format for hour.
  • Added option in Tools | Options to set a custom interval for polling of mapping buffer. The actual interval between each buffer polling will included buffer readout time.
