Dockerfile Usage

FROM xh4n3/unet_exporter
COPY config.yml config.yml

Passing PRIVATE_KEY and PUBLIC_KEY via env

Pass PUBLIC_KEY and PUBLIC_KEY by -e, which will overrides keys in config file.
