This PR removes
ResourceScopefrom the app, relying mostly onAutoCloseablewhich recently added to the Kotlin Multiplatform API.This removes the ability to install resources in the
AIScope, but we can in the future still support this by implementing anAutotCloseableDSL (for Scala and Java) too.
