EgeControlBase难用，缺少文档，基本没人用，也不利于 EGE 库作为单纯的，所以将它移出ege.h，单独放在src/ege/egecontrolbase.h里，今后 EGE 库分发时只需要ege.h头文件，而将ege文件夹作为可选的兼容项。
