Update QSG media

Purpose

This PR is to update the QSG page with images and GIFs. This will:

• Replace some GIFs, where the steps are obvious, with images.
• Replace the remaining GIFs with shorter versions (by editing the screen recording video) and reduced file sizes.

Media used in the QSG:

• mi-quick-start-guide.gif (size = 204 KB) (no changes done)
• mi-vscode-extension.png (compressed the size = 1.3 MB to 133 KB)
• create-new-project.gif (size = 11 MB) => replaced with new-project.png (62 KB)
• create-api.gif (size = 4.6 MB) => replaced with new-api.png (71 KB)
• design-api.gif (size = 28.3 MB) => replaced with design-api.gif (8.1 MB)
• configure-mi-server.gif (size = 15 MB) => replaced with configure-mi-server.gif (4.6 MB)
• build-and-run.gif (size = 6.5 MB) replaced with build-and-run-project.png (8 KB)
• test-api.gif (size = 16.5 MB) => replaced with test-api.gif (6.3 MB)
