Updates indicators universally within widgets to sepearte them into forestTypes and landCategories, enabling custom building of intersections within the widget settings menus.

See this task for a better understanding: https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/157315097

Remove intersections option from the refine locations within... dropdown.
This will be replaced by two drop downs:

Select Forest Type tab, containing: All-region, Primary Forest, Intact Forests, Plantations
Refine by Category tab, containing intersections: None, Protected Areas, Indigenous Lands, Mining Concessions, etc
For example,

if you select All-region in the first tab, and Mining concessions in the second, you will be looking at mining.
If you select Primary forests in the first and None in the second, you will be looking at 'wdpa'
However, selecting Primary forests in the first and Mining concessions in the second, you will be looking at 'mining in wdpa'

NOTE: The naming of the tabs is up for debate - Alyssa just wanted to do away with 'Refine by location' since it can be confused by region etc.
