Reproduction in Kanban/Checklist:
Have two columns with one card in each. One card has a tag. Drag the tag from one card to the other. The drag-highlight stays after dragging, which shouldn't be.
and
Have a column with many cards so that a scrollbar appears. try to scroll by dragging the scrollbar.
