Test Coverage & Modernisation

With this release it is now possible to create test coverage reports via the erlang cover tool. See the readme for details.

Apart from that some clean up of deprecation warnings was done. Lastly the readme was updated for rebar3, the new feature.

Adjust build path for rebar3 - this release won't work with older rebar releases
