Phase 3 (EventBus asyncio.Queue migration) was merged via PR #96 but tasks 3.1-3.14 were never marked complete in tasks.md. Also adds task 8.0 for the rename script (PR #101). Current status: 64/123 tasks done (52%). Phases 1-3: 100% complete (36 tasks) Phase 4: 50% complete (9/18) — translation layer done, Team/TeamRun removal pending Phase 5: 12% complete (2/17) — protocol defined, all factory impls + migration pending Phase 6: 76% complete (13/17) — all 6 capabilities implemented, wiring/config pending Phase 7: 27% complete (3/11) — contracts defined, violations not fixed Phase 8: 4% complete (1/24) — script ready, execution pending
