build: close the six open dependabot security alerts - #2758

Refresh the root pnpm overrides for the transitive dev/build-chain deps: - undici 7 >=7.29.1 (jsdom, miniflare) and a new undici 8 >=8.10.2 entry (unifont) - fast-uri >=3.1.7 (ajv) - ip-address >=10.5.1 (express-rate-limit) miniflare declares an exact undici 7.29.0, so its graft lands on the nearest patch, 7.29.1. The lockfile carries only these four packages; the lingui Babel peer keys that a fresh re-resolve would reshuffle are kept as on main. Closes Dependabot alerts #68–#73. Every one is a transitive dev/build-chain dependency, and none of them ship in the Workers runtime.

pnpm.overridesentries and added a new cappedundici@>=8.0.0 <8.10.2entry. Each one stays below the consumer's next major. miniflare declares an exact undici7.29.0, so its graft is pinned to the nearest patch (7.29.1) rather than 7.30.Lockfile. Changing any override makes pnpm re-derive the
@lingui/*Babel peer contexts (the split behind #1918). I kept those keys exactly as they are onmain, so the lockfile diff touches only these four packages.pnpm install --lockfile-only --frozen-lockfilepasses, and a non-frozen re-resolve leaves the file byte-identical.No changeset: the change is root-only and doesn't touch any published manifest.
Verified locally: build, typecheck,
test:unit+test:build.
