Bumps github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-go from 0.40.0 to 0.42.0.
The Dependabot PR #74 was raised automatically, but could not be merged as-is — the v0.42.0 update includes a breaking change (migration to moby modules) that requires a manual edit to the codebase.

The testcontainers-go v0.42.0 release also contains an important security fix against a CVE in moby: testcontainers/testcontainers-go#3634
