When a user creates an account that creates a team as well, we want to send out a different email and have a different verify URL.
This PR contains a bit of noise due to the many templates added: note that when we add a new template, we need to add it for every language which is not really optimal. Ideally, we should default to templates in the default language if the particular template does not exist in the requested language.
