This adds an endpoint
GET /conversations/one2one/:domain/:uidto fetch an MLS 1-1 conversation with another user. Although the endpoint itself should work, the logic for creating the conversation on first commit is not implemented yet, so there is no way to make use of it.https://wearezeta.atlassian.net/browse/WPB-1926
