I'm not sure it's that simple, at least I couldn't get this working myself. SourceKit is not available in Mason yet

You can't install SourceKit via Mason as it comes bundled with the Swift toolchain itself. (more)

However, with this PR, you would be able to set up lspconfig if your lspconfig relies on mason-lspconfig.nvim. Here's how I’m doing it:
