Hopefully this will fix the build warnings for a while. I replaced marvinpinto/action-automatic-releases with ncipollo/release-action@v1 and updated to the newer versions of the GitHub actions and Node.js:

I also updated it to use the macos-14 environment instead of macos-latest, which still apparently uses macos-12. This should enable it to build with the latest Xcode. I did not submit it to Apple, but others indicated that fixed their problem:

I was able to run it on my own repository successfully except for that I had disabled the automatic uploading to Apple.
