When a behavior is added during synthetic replay, such as from an earlier behavior's OnInitialized while SetBehaviors is catching up an already-loaded control, this catch-up path both dispatches the queued behavior through the current phase and appends it to currentBatch. The outer phase loop later reaches the appended item in that same phase, so any behavior that implements the public IBehaviorEventsHandler contract directly receives duplicate lifecycle callbacks; the new base-class flags only mask this for Behavior/StyledElementBehavior subclasses. Track the next phase for appended entries or skip phases that have already been replayed.

Interactionforwards lifecycle events that occur after a behavior collection is installed. If Avalonia 12 initializes a style/template-provided collection afterLoadedhas already been raised, the new trigger is attached successfully but has no way to observe the event that already happened. The same gap affects behaviors added to an already-attached collection.Waiting for a future unload/reload is incorrect for initialization triggers such as the reported ScottPlot setup trigger.
