All of a sudden this error failing with module not found

This was working for me 5 minutes ago but for some reason when I tried to build I now get this error every time

Module not found: Can't resolve '../../../dist/client-3achainId: idf061.esm.js'

Import trace for requested module:
./node_modules/wagmi/connectors/metaMask/dist/wagmi-connectors-metaMask.esm.js
./node_modules/@rainbow-me/rainbowkit/dist/index.js
./src/pages/_app.tsx'

I tried NPM install again but it's still the same error

Any ideas why this is coming up when I didn't change code?
I actually have my repo in a copied backup folder and when I went to run npm run dev there it's failing with the same error even though nothing was changed inside that folder

something was corrupt in my .next folder im not sure what but resetting it from my repo worked
