Build the program:
    VTK_DIR=LOCATION_TO_VTK cmake -H. -Bbuild
    cd build && make && make install && cd ..

Run the program:
    set OMP_NUM_THREADS=<number_of_threads_to _use>
    export OMP_NUM_THREADS=<number_of_threads_to _use>
    LD_LIBRARY_PATH=LOCATION_TO_VTK bin/splitToolkit <CONFIG_FILE>

# Installation with HEV:

  $ cd <DIRECTORY TO PLACE CODE IN>
  $ wget https://github.com/wesleygriffin/SPLIT_VIS2/archive/master.zip
  $ unzip SPLIT_VIS2-master.zip
  $ cd SPLIT_VIS2-master
  $ hev
  $ VTK_DIR=$HEVROOT/external/vtk/installed cmake -H. -Bbuild
  $ cd build && make && make install && cd ..
  $ echo "OMP_NUM_THREADS=16 LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/HEV/external/vtk/installed bin/splitToolkit SplitTool/config" > ./run

- At this point you need to edit ./SplitTool/config and ensure the top of the file points to the correct data location and file

  $ cat ./SplitTool/config
    #datadir:
    /home/wng2/Active/Projects/SDoS/nobackup/spin_data
    #dataname:
    spin_proj_norm_vs_pos_p_v_xpy_10z

  $ ./run
